Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please contact us to initiate the process.


Restocking Fee
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


Condition of Returned Items
Items that have been opened or used are still eligible for a refund. However, refunds may not be issued if the returned item is incomplete (e.g. missing parts, accessories, or original packaging components).

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
